By agreeing to commission me you state that you are okay with me reposting the art you commission to any personal art gallery at my discretion, with all character copyrights in place and recognized. (Unless we have agreed to a private commission)

None of my work will be used for the creation of NFTS

None of my work will be altered with AI

I reserve the right to refund the commission at my discretion and block communication with an inappropriate and disrespectful client.

You have no right to cancel or refund from me under any circumstance after I have received your payment.

If you reject a sketch WIP I have the right to use said sketch in future subsequent work

I will only begin working after I've received the full payment.

I'll reach back out to you when I have a sketch WIP to show, but feel free to message me at any time if you'd like updates or other relevant details come to mind that you think I should know. I'm willing to work with you during this stage of the commission, if you're not satisfied with the initial sketch and we need to bounce new ideas off each other that's fine. I just ask that you're reasonable about it. Slight alterations to poses or the general idea are reasonable. Asking for an entirely different idea from the original one would be unreasonable.

Once we've settled on the sketch I'll reach back out with another WIP once I've finished inking it. At this point there isn't much room to change anything so please make sure you were truly settled on the sketch before we get here.

After inking I don't typically send any more WIPS unless I have specific questions about markings or other small details. If you decide you want any changes at this stage I reserve the right to make additional charges.

When I'm finished I'll send you the finished piece over telegram along with the high resolution file. If you need me to email it to you as well that's fine.

I will be sharing your commission on any social platforms I wish as well as my telegram channel.

I appreciate fun conversations and getting to know my clients when I have the time but commissioning me does not immediately make us friends. Please understand if I'm only inclined to speak about the commission with you. I'm not interested in people trying to purchase my friendship.

This is my main source of income and I put a lot of time and effort into the art I produce. I'd appreciate it if you took your time to look through my existing work and make sure you understand what kind of product you will be getting from me before deciding to commission me. Rude comments and extreme expectations will not be tolerated.
